Lou's Gets FRANKED!

If you know me, I'm never one to turn down a good plate of buffalo wings. Serve it up with an icy glass of tequila and I'm a happy girl!
But what exactly makes good buffalo sauce "good"? Is it the heat? Is it the consistency? Or is it something else? Whatever it is, Frank's Red Hot Sauce has it figured out, and Lou Malnati's knows it!
Known for their legendary deep dish pizza, Lou Malnatis is "bringing the heat" with a new limited-time offering in partnership with Franks Red Hot!
I had the priviledge of joining them for their roll out of the "BuffaLou Chicken Pizza," a "bold creation for dine-in, carryout, shipping and delivery at all Lou Malnati's locations!" It's available in both deep dish and thin crust options, and IT IS DELICIOUS!

Although Lou's has been bringing perfect pizzas to the table for over 50 years, this one seems to be one of their best collaborations. My first interaction with this decadent dish was a gigantic cheesy-pull apart from the pie...one of my favorite foodie features! My first bite was that signature crunchy, buttery deep-dish crust bottom, followed by the soft texture of the cheese, and then ... BAM! I was punched in the face with the flavor of Frank's Red Hot Sauce! Such a great balance of flavors and textures, without the Frank's Red Hot overpowering the pie.

But wait...there's MORE! Lou's is also serving up some of the most amazing buffalo wings in the city with boneless AND bone-in versions! There's no skimping on the Frank's Red Hot Sauce in these, as the wings are big, meaty and BOLD in flavor! I could've eaten at least five or six plates of these alone! Pair these two with one of their legendary Malnati salads, and you've got a whole meal that's fit to satisfy ANYONE!

You can bet I'll be back soon, and my tastebuds will be ready for all the Frank's Red Hot Sauce! Lou's put that s*** on EVERYTHING!
